Bad AI and Near Statistical Impossibilities

This game should really be great. There are two problems however:

1) The AI bots are terrible. 95% of the time you will win with absolutely no challenge. What fun is there in that?

2) The other 5% of the time you will lose, not because the AI outsmarts you, but because the AI will send 6 armies against your 30 and take you down to 4 or youll take 15 against 2 and lose. Im a statistician and regularly get so supremely screwed that Ill calculate the probability of some of these feats (assuming a Risk roll system) and have found some to be over 10,000:1.

Between those two factors your almost assured to be either completely bored or infuriatingly screwed.
